First FLUIDOS Webinar Showcases MetaOS Features and Open Call Use Cases 

The FLUIDOS project held its first public webinar on 12 June 2025, focusing on how its MetaOS helps manage distributed computing environments across the cloud-to-edge space. The event offered a clear explanation of FLUIDOS’ orchestration layer, the REAR protocol, and its built-in security tools. These features were shown in contrast to other solutions currently available on the market. 

The session also featured presentations from winners of the first FLUIDOS Open Call. They shared real-life applications of the MetaOS in areas such as smart buildings, digital identity, secure communication, and agriculture. Moderator Fulvio Risso led a discussion with speakers from CNIT–UNIR, pi-lar GmbH, ExcID, 8 Bells, and Odin Solutions.
