XADATU Project Enhances FLUIDOS Security with Zero-Trust Access Control
The FLUIDOS ecosystem continues to push the boundaries of cloud-edge security with the latest demonstration from the XADATU project. This cutting-edge demo showcases how FLUIDOS integrates decentralized identity management and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) policies to enable a robust zero-trust security framework.
Enhanced Access Control: Using XACML policies, XADATU defines fine-grained access control rules that determine how resources are allocated and secured across the cloud-edge continuum.
Decentralized Identity (DID) Integration: The demo illustrates how consumer and producer nodes generate and store decentralized identifiers (DIDs) on a blockchain, ensuring tamper-proof identity management.
Token-Based Security: Secure access tokens are generated and validated to allow only authorized requests to interact with FLUIDOS resources.
Blockchain-Based Accountability: All authorization requests are securely logged on the blockchain, providing a transparent and verifiable record of security decisions.
By combining these advanced security techniques, the XADATU project strengthens the trust and transparency of the FLUIDOS ecosystem, making it more resilient against cyber threats.
