FusionCheck Demo: Smart EV Charging with Resilient Edge Computing Using FLUIDOS

DEMO – Fusion Check project: Decentralized Smart EV Charging Management with FLUIDOS

Technomat and Parity, winners of the 1st FLUIDOS Open Call, present Fusion Check, a dynamic smart energy management system built on FLUIDOS. The solution showcases how decentralized orchestration can bring intelligent automation to EV charging infrastructure.

Deployed at Parity Platform’s offices, Fusion Check runs on two Raspberry Pi 5 units with lightweight Kubernetes clusters connected via Liqo—a core FLUIDOS component. Real-time IoT data is collected from NodeMCU microcontrollers, processed at the edge, and visualized through Grafana dashboards. Using federated learning, the system continuously adapts to local conditions like charging behavior and sensor data, even during network outages.

The setup highlights how FLUIDOS empowers edge environments with resilient orchestration, making it an ideal fit for smart facilities and EV infrastructure operators.

FusionCheck is open source and available on GitHub for testing and further development.
