FLUIDOS is excited to showcase the TARGET project, one of the winning use cases from FLUIDOS Open Call 1, developed by Meditech and Datonix. This innovative solution demonstrates how FLUIDOS’ MetaOS optimizes Edge-level applications by enabling selective offloading of processing tasks to the cloud while keeping sensitive data secure.

Key Innovations of TARGET

Efficient Data Processing: The project integrates QueryObject, a Data Management System for Analytics (DMSA), to handle I/O and CPU-intensive tasks at the Edge.
Dynamic Offloading: Using FLUIDOS, certain processing steps are offloaded to cloud resources, improving scalability and optimizing Edge performance.
Confidential Data Management: The solution ensures that sensitive data remains at the Edge, while anonymized data is securely processed in the cloud.

The demo highlights real-time execution of POD-based workload distribution, showing how FLUIDOS’ intelligent orchestration improves efficiency, scalability, and security in an Edge-to-Cloud setup.
