FLUIDOS presents cutting-edge research on Secure Telemetry at MobiSec 2024

FLUIDOS continues to push the boundaries of secure and efficient distributed computing. At MobiSec 2024, a leading conference on mobile and network security, Antonio Skarmeta from the University of Murcia presented the paper “Cross-Domain Telemetry Architecture: Real-Time Metrics in the Computing Continuum”.
This research, developed within the FLUIDOS framework, introduces an advanced telemetry-based solution designed to enhance monitoring, security, and resource optimization across the cloud-edge continuum. The work highlights how telemetry can facilitate real-time data collection, analysis, and transmission in multi-domain environments while ensuring privacy, security, and interoperability.
By integrating telemetry into FLUIDOS, the project aims to improve the management of computing resources, detect anomalies and optimize deployments across distributed infrastructures. The approach is expected to play a crucial role in securing critical applications in IoT, AI and beyond.
The authors of the paper are: José Manuel Bernabé Murcia (Department of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Murcia, Spain), Eduardo Cánovas Mártinez (Department of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Murcia, Spain), Alejandro Molina Zarca (University Center of Defense at the Spanish Air Force Academy), Stefano Braghin (IBM Research Europe – Ireland) and Antonio Fernando Skármeta Gómez (Department of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Murcia, Spain).
